Clear. Neutral nose with faint hints and anise and cream. A soft, supple entry leads to a round, oily medium-bodied palate with dry, mineral oil, marzipan, anise, and bread dough flavors. A extremely clean, sweet pastry dough, mineral, and pepper fade. Very elegant.
