Wine Spectator
Dense and layered, but very refined, with a violet note stitching the crushed black cherry, steeped blackberry and anise flavors together, while an iron note adds range to the finish. Drink now through 2018.

Winery Notes
Winery Notes:
Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate - The 2010 Cotes du Rhone-Villages Vinsobres Les Cornuds is dark ruby/purple, exhibiting loads of minerality, blue and black fruits, crisp acids and a cool climate, zesty, yet powerful mouthfeel.

Winery Notes
Winery Notes:
Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate - The 2010 Cotes du Rhone-Villages Vinsobres Les Cornuds (equal parts Syrah and Grenache) is aged in truncated foudres. It possesses a dense purple color as well as abundant notes of crushed rocks, acacia flowers and blueberry and blackberry liqueur, good acidity, and a decade of life ahead of it.

Region :
France
Though French wines are the highest valued wines in the world, esteemed wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne were only enjoyed locally until 150 years ago when transportation improvements made them widely available. French wine production is governed by a strict quality-control system, which regulates the grapes used in each region and classifies wineries according to an elaborate cru hierarchy. Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc are just a few of the important grape varietals with roots in French soil. View all our items from France
