Reviewer, Antonio Galloni - The 2009 Pinot Noir Lancelot Pisoni Vineyard is gorgeous. An intoxicating melange of dark plums, wild cherries, white flowers, licorice, spices and cinnamon emerge from this dazzling, beautifully delineated wine. The Lancelot possesses superb clarity and precision while capturing plenty of textural depth. It is a first-class effort from start to finish. A closing blast of black cherry fruit is suggestive of Comte Armand’s Clos des Epeneaux. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2019.Additional Information
